S.J.C.C. Foundation is the abbreviation for St. Joseph's Catholic Church Foundation also referred to as Service, Justice, Caregiving, & Charity Foundation.
S.J.C.C. is a humanitarian intervention and human capacity development organization dedicated to promoting children literacy, healthcare, and adolescent girl and women empowerment. Additionally, we are dedicated to the education of environmentally friendly practices, food sustainability to eradicate poverty and injustice in both Nigeria and Africa at large.
Our projects may be grouped into two categories, which are either short-term or long-term.
Short-term- this includes emergency relief, such as offsetting medical and surgical bills, providing food, clothes, and medicare to survivors of disasters, rescuing abused girls, abandoned children, etc.
Long-term - this includes helping communities meet their needs like providing borehole water, primary health centers, sanitation, agricultural needs, educational centers, addressing poverty, unjust systems, and a variety of forms of violence or harmful practices against women and adolescent girls alike.
S.J.C.C. Foundation is a Non Governmental Organization and non-religious organization. The name of the foundation is tied to the Catholic community where the founder started most of his humanitarian activities as a teenager. However, as Jesus Christ did, we exist to serve humanity, not religion.
We have Islam's in our BoTs, staff, and volunteers. Although he majority of our volunteers are Christians, it can be said that Islamic communities are the largest recipients of our interventions.
We do not focus on Christian communities and we do not force anyone to convert to Christianity prior to receiving aid from S.J.C.C. Foundation.
His name is Michael Ifeanyi Okoye. Nigerian by birth, American citizen by naturalization. Born into a privileged home, he has been involved in helping children in orphanage and people who have less right from his early days in Nigeria. Out of his ardent desire to continue to help mankind, he registered the foundation in 2022.
S.J.C.C. Foundation relies heavily on funding from individuals and corporations. Majority of the funding comes from the Founder and other well meaning individuals with the hope to attract support from multilateral agencies, funding agencies, and government.
No. S.J.C.C. Foundation is founded by Michael and ran by volunteers in Nigeria and the United States.
S.J.C.C. Foundation does not preach or force individuals to convert to Christianity prior to, during, or after receiving aid. We respect everyone's religious beliefs as long as it does not harm others. Our goal is solely bring relief to individuals and communities in need irrespective of their religious beliefs.
Aside from some well meaning individuals, some of our partners are Lyte Tax, Late Loans, and BjLending who gives collateral free and unprecedented interest free loans to entrepreneurs and farmers for sustainable development. We are looking to partner with multilateral agencies, funding agencies, and both private and government institutions in Nigeria as well as the United States.
You can donate at our office or via our website and your donations will be made towards a particular project or support our efforts. Our donors can make one-time donations or schedule recurring donations as frequently as they would like.

Yes! Your donation is tax exempt and we will provide you with a receipt for all of your contributions.
No, we do not share donor's information with any other organization under our privacy policy.
YES! We accept donations in kind like learning materials, computers, furniture, food supplies, medical supplies, etc.
First, our donors will receive a same day acknowledgement mail along with a text message. The donor will receive their tax receipt immediately after reconciliation from the bank.
We frequently send communication materials twice annually to our donors and providing updates on program activities, sharing success stories from our events. Additionally, our donors will receive a special birthday wish, wishes on important festivals, program updates, and an annual impact report during a year's time.
To ensure complete transparency our donors and stakeholders are free to visit programs or project sites. Our accounts are audited regularly with strict observance of governmental guidelines.
Presently, over 9,000 hot meals have been served to people in need of food. Almost 200 children, women, youths, and adults are recipients of educations, medical, and economic aid from S.J.C.C. Foundation's through our short term and long term programs/projects across different states in Nigeria.
S.J.C.C. Foundation has been conferred recognition and thank-you awards by many communities and individuals we have impacted with our various intervention programs.
Our monitoring and evaluation officers employ manual and tech systems to gauge the impact and progress of our various programs.
